Description
Singing, roaring, shouting, screaming, I'm never too sure what to call it.
Admittedly not my kind of music, but I was quite happy with this shot of the singer of Eighth Day Descent, when they invited me to take some photos for them in a studio they were practicing in.
The bassist looked amused when he asked me if it was what I'd listen to normally, and chuckled at my reply that "Not really, I'm the kind of guy that gets excited about new Radiohead and Sigur Ros albums."
This was a shot I was chasing for a while, and I've got a few variations on it, after seeing Adam Gasson's shot of the Adequate Seven [link] , Kudos to him for pulling that one off at a gig.

Plus mine was a lot more luck and sheer hope more than anything!
Nice shot, you wouldn't guess it was from a practice session when you see the beads of sweat! Works really well as a B&W, don't think it'd have so much emotion if it was still in colour.
